Planning It Out

Props: Main props used within this video are notebooks, a bed, and several other assorted household items. Mainly items connected with childhood. These will be used to rekindle memories and will serve as transitionary elements for the video. For example, a bike can be used to transition to a scene concerning biking when the older person was younger. Overall, props are integral to our project and an assortment of them will be used.

Costumes: Our entire group needs costumes for this video. The focus of the costumes is to give allusion of an older version of ourselves. Our family members present in the video will also need costumes to perform their parts. None of the outfits in the video will be formal but will opt for a more comfortable casual appearance.

Schedule:   We will use the 14th through the 18th of November as a planning period to fine-tune the main layout of the music video. This will allow us to refine our true vision of what the video should be composed of. The 24th of November to the 5th of December will be the days we allocate for filming, and we will shoot on any of the days we feel the conditions will work best for the video. Finally, the 6th to the 16th of December will consist of our editing time. Here, the actual music video will come to fruition.

Location list: The main setting for our music video will be Ryans' house. We will use different places in his house like his room showing him getting out of bed tired or at his desk overloaded with homework. We can also use the street next to my house that can be used to ride bikes or have fun like in the music video that can be compared to us when we were younger.

Backup plan: If we are unable to film at Ryan's house, we can film at anyone else's house. This means that if we need to re-film any shots, we must wait until the original filming location is available again. With some shots not needing to be in the same place, it does not matter where we film most of the shots.
